Alert Cloud began in 2009 when founder Ken Milman developed a patent for multichannel communication (US20140230069A1). The processes outlined in the patent evolved into a SAAS platform used in the diagnostic testing arena for business automations.
Initially used for millions of patient reminder notifications, the product evolved to cover a wide range of business automations in healthcare, allowing substantial savings for client customers who we helped reallocate resources that led to rapid growth for their business unit.
Our success ignited our passion to develop and apply new technologies and automation processes to improve efficiencies and eliminate costs.
Next we developed what we call our Customer Facing Portal (CFP) © That we consider to be the next Gen of CRM - or where CRM meets VRM with automations across the supply chain. Working daily with customizations and new innovations, our customers have been able to grow substantial business units across the enterprise with very few resources. This system is used either behind the scenes, or in front of a substantial percentage of Healthcare clinics in the US.
Our Dev teams did not stop, creating new platforms customized for our clients to integrate with legacy systems that often required manual processes. We build systems that unified disparate business units, a platform to cover care gaps for insurers and promoting population health, systems for managing Covid testing, DTC systems with partners focused on Digital Marketing in healthcare, systems to process large swaths of data in compliance with Hipaa, all while working and developing new APIs, Bots, and automations to work within our clients unique infrastructure. We can boast 100% uptime over the past 14 years.
Living literally on the front line of the evolving US healthcare ecosystem, and working with a Fortune 500 industry leaders has not only given us unique industry insite, but also forced us to develop a privacy policy and tech infrastructure that holds up the the most stringent and rigorous tech audits of virtually any industry.
Now Alert Cloud is looking to leverage our front line experience, live technologies in the US Diagnostic testing arena, for new market areas and opportunities. We have plans for offering both our current Web 2 system, alongside options for Web 3 and it becomes available and makes sense for the US healthcare system.
